No Event Actions available in HS4?

I need an event which emails me when my ups battery is at 50% and, 10 minutes later, shuts down HS4. When I add the Restart plugin option to the event, there are no actions available for it. Ideas?

When the plugin was installed there should have been a device created that show the version number. If you click on the device name there will be a tab labeled Restart. Make sure that the options for the Show Buttons are checked.

All buttons are checked except for Shutdown HS Server (I don't want to mistakenly do that remotely as I could not restart it).

The only thing I can think of is to stop and start the plugin. Then check the event actions.

Hey Jeff, I disabled and re-enabled the plug-in with no success. Then I deleted it and reinstalled it. I got this msg at install.

I missed that you had put HS4 in the topic title. None of my plugins have been tested to work with HS4. I am still using HS3 and don't really have any plans on going to HS4.
You will most likely need to uninstall it.
