SteveMSJ please help me understand the following:

Granted those CR123A batteries can be finicky, because it was at 80% on my Vera3, then I removed it, transported it to new location, and a few days later went through the dance of adding it to HS3. In doing so it tried to still contact Vera3 controller and had to remove/re-include it a few times, as well as run multiple tests, and battery got down to 60%, but Lithium cell recovered back to 80% as you can see.
It was initially orange (if I remember color correct) at 60%, but then became green at 80% again for 2 weeks which is the level it is now.
However, then all of a sudden now it reports the 10.0% discharge warning, which makes no sense as 20% over 18 days worst-case scenario is still only 1.11% per day.
Trying to understand
