    Battery Level Summary Report?

    Steve,
Is there a way to get a simple "battery level" summary report for all devices being monitored? Something that looks like:

    Device A battery 100%
    Device B battery 90%
    Device C battery 70%
    etc.

    Hi BobSpen,

You can control what devices are included in a report by the type of report you select with the Parent device buttons or through an event.

Status - Just shows the summary of how many devices are being monitored and how many are in each alert state.
Short - Includes the details for each device that is raising an alert.
Full - Includes the details for all monitored devices.

Any values that are in an alert state are highlighted in red for the Short and Full reports.

So you can set events to send you each type of report. As an example the following event sends an email listing the details of all monitored devices. You can change the trigger to anything you like, for example to send an email at a certain time each day or when some particular event occurs. You can also change the action to send the report by a different method such as a Pushover message.

In the message 1597 is the RefID of my SDJ-Health parent device so you need to change this to the RefID on your system.

The email message body will look something like this:

    etc

This isn't a particular good example because I've just moved house so the system was only set up a month ago with new batteries in all devices, hence all at 100% and only 6 battery devices at present.

The type of details shown for each device can be changed globally on the 'config' page, as well as overridden for individual devices if required. So, if you aren't interested in discharge rates you can turn the display of those off to shorten the list.

    I hope this helps.

    Steve
