Would it be possible to add a "Show Report" button to the "Log Reports" and "General Health Root" devices? It would be faster than pulling up the plugin main page to investigate any entries shown in the devices.

I'll have a think about it.
It sounds easy on the face of it, but there are some complications that will require some thought and experimenting.

The easiest way to do something similar to your request, is to use Jon00's Links script. You can add menu items referencing each report either to an existing HS menu or an additional menu. This way you don't have to drill down to the root device, the reports are always available from the main menus.
I've just tested it in HS4 and it worked fine.

If you need any pointers as to how to set up the menu items to point to the specific reports please ask and I will show details.
