VR with Tasker

I have played around with Tasker a little bit, getting it to turn up my volume and play an alarm audio file when I receive an email from HS3 with a key phrase. I have also created a task button to turn up all my volumes. Besides that I am a total newb.

Can someone please give me some details on how to get Tasker to work with VR for HS.
