That is not the Tasker plugin for HomeSeer
With the plugin, the speech is enabled in its settings. Then you can have the client speak your events.

I am trying to get my phone setup as a speaker client like in the below video:

I am unable to locate the speak.sh file?!?!? i am on a windows based system not Linux is there a different procedure? I actually have the messages reading out on my phone but priror to the message it is reading out ref 667 media unknown etc just a bunch of junk then the message.
