ultrastatus/ultrawiew shows only author floor plan

I did the quick install, with my floor plan. then when I go to the ultraview2.aspx (as per the quick install) it displays the author's floor plan and not mine

Also where do I find the expanded install doc.

I was just going to post the same thing. My devices show up on the authors floor plan.

UltraView2 expects floorplans to be named as follows:

Basement: floor_0.gif
1st Floor: floor_1.gif
2nd Floor: floor_2.gif

Wrong floor plan

I did call the floor plan by the name floor_1.gif

It still came up with the autor's floor plan

Assuming you followed the quick install instructions and placed your updated floor plan image into C:\Program Files\HomeSeer 2\html\Images\HomeSeer, then your browser is caching the old image.

Try this:
Within Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet Options ... On the General tab under "Temporary Interent Settings", click Settings ..., then under "Check for newer versions of stored pages", select "Every visit to the page", then click "Ok", then "Ok"
