Installed Ultraview/status but where is the view?

From the HomeSeer Web Control, click Setup -> Web Site.

Add "UltraView2" to the "Custom Web Page 1 Title", then add "/ultraview2/ultraview2.aspx" to the "Custom Web Page 1 URL/Link".

Click Save, then enjoy

But where's the orange UltraView button?

The quickstart shows how to access the UltraView config and page. Some of the posts I've seen have screenshots showing buttons for UltraStatus AND UltraView. Could someone explain how to get the UltraView button?

After installation I get a button for UltraStatus but can't see any thing about UltraView. Tried to reinstall, didn't help.

Have I missed any thing?
