UntraView2 error generating config

Hi - hope someone can help...

I am getting an error when pushing the "generate configuratioN" button within ultraview2_config.aspx.

The error is an IE box, stating...

Error:: Object doesnt support this property or method "Err.parseError"

Line 616, Char 2.

The config screen lets me select the floorplan gif plus place devices on it, next works fine too, but no config generation when the "generate configuration" button is pressed.

I can confirm that the green "tick" is showing on the foot, confirming its a trusted site.

If you do not have the latest version download it from the Updater. Also make sure that http://localhost is in your trusted sights.

Yesterday I re-installed Ultraview into HS2 using a download and had the same problem, I solved it by getting the version on the updater.

Not sure there would be enough interest in Scotland alone, and if you go for the UK we are pretty spread out.

What version of Windows are you running?

If you're not running windows XP:
- Do you have IE 6 or greater installed?

You may also need to install MSXML 3 or 4.

I am running 2k3 server - will go install msxml 3 and 4 and report back...

Well...downloaded both MSXML 3 and 4 from the M$ site and it has not made any difference...

That damn Generate button does nothing...

Any other ideas?

As a thought... I am not going through all devices..just picking one or two then hitting generate... I assume that is ok?
