I had to reinstall windows, hs3, the plugins and everything else on a client's computer
I installed the microsoft voice (first the 64 bit and then I read further that it had to be 86 so I installed that one too)
The spanish voice for mexico (not the tts)
the plugin is "up"
it shows the image that it should (the one in the setup instructions) with the spanish voice.
We connected amazon alexa.
Recognized all devices (again)
and.... we tell alexa to turn something on or off... and it either hangs silent with the room name on the screen.... or it will say it is not able to connect to the device or something like that.
What do I need to do for it to work?
is there a specific .net program, a runtime or something else that I am missing?
