Dead Robot symbol in HSbuddy dashboard when remote with Insteon

Thanks in advance for the help. When I am remote (not on my home network) all of my Insteon device will show up as "the dead Robot head symbol" instead of my devices. Tp-Link and Hue devices show just fine. As soon as I am home on my network, everything goes back to normal and working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Okay the problem appears solved. I am using an Orbi router and I had a hiccup on the router that forced me to re-boot it and all satellites . After that I had problem with both HSMobile and HSBuddy connecting LOCAL. I rebooted my Iphone and now both applications work LOCAL and REMOTE just fine. I am up to about 70 devices now and love Homeseer. I moved from HCA as they are closing shop in 2 to 3 years. Alexa, Insteon, Harmony, Hue, TP-Link,, Go-Vee, Smartthings all working in unison.
