How to setup NFC on second device?

Events were created in HS for tags created on my phone. I imported it to my wife's phone and it all shows up but when I tap her phone on the tags, nothing happens.

Are there additional steps to get her phone going?

A few thoughts:

In the event trigger configuration, have you selected both phones as source devices? Alternatively you can select Any device.



Another thing, make sure both devices are on version 1.0.69 of the app or higher.

If that still doesn't work, in the app, go to Options > Smart Tags and make sure that Trigger server events is selected.
