Fonts and images bigger?

Anyway to make the fonts and images bigger. I’d like to see these from across the room. I have a 10” fire tablet.

I’m trying to replace my ImperiHome setup.

It has been mentioned they are working on having text scale automatically to the feature size. I'm wondering if that could help in this situation.
