Sync across different users

Hi I am syncing my data to the cloud using the datasync option.
I see that it is using Google cloud so I am trying to understand how I can transfer the dashboards to my wife's device.
She is logged in to hsconnect and I even configured my Google account on her device hoping it will find the backup.
But it still can't restore it
I understand it also backs up to the HS3 server since I installed the plugin

Can you give me instructions how to restore / import the dashboards from my device?

Go into manage dashboards, then upload your dashboards to the server from your phone, and then download them to your wife's phone.

Thanks. I did that but when i did it, it downloaded nothing
i am guessing that since my Gmail account is an additional account and not the primary on her phone, it search for the backup on her cloud and not mine.
Is there a way to transfer the backup?

You're mixing up backup and transferring dashboards.

The section you are talking about is under options then data sync where you have to enter your Google account. This is not required to transfer dashboards, as transferring dashboards happens through the homeseer server itself.

Make sure you are in the dashboards section on the left hand side menu. Then Click on the "..." in the top right hand corner then go to manage dashboards.

You will then see three sections, actions, local dashboard and remote dashboards. Are the lists between local and remote dashboards the same? If not you haven't uploaded any dashboards to your homeseer server.

Under the actions section click upload dashboards. Do you now see anything under remote dashboards? If you don't, make sure the hsbuddy plugin is running on your server.

If you do, go into the same section on your wife's phone. You should see nothing under local dashboards and the same list as your phone under remote dashboards. Now click download dashboards. That will send all the dashboards saved on your homeseer server to her phone, you should see them now show up under local dashboards.
