  • RGB Slider?

HI Is there any way to have an RGB slider for Fibaro RGB's in Imperihome using the plug-in?

    Cheers
    Tom

currently the plug-in does not support RGB lights, but it's on my TODO list

Does that mean it will also support the Zipato RGB light as well?

          Hi Spud,
Checking in on the status of this. Is RGB control still on the roadmap?

          Thanks!

Got a Z-Wave RGBW from Monoprice (It's actually made by Hank Tech), and it works fine on HS3, although the UI is just not helpful, so I tried it with ImperiHome, and RGB works, but with caveats:

These lights have R,G,B channels for color, but also have warm white and cold white channels.
When the white channels are on, they take precedence over the RGB channels, so the RGB color picker on ImperiHome doesn't work unless both white channels are off.
Then there is no way to control 'whiteness' with a separate picker (it's commonly called Kelvin temperature, which is a combination of different dimming levels on the cold white and warm white channels).
The dimmer band within the RGB control doesn't seem to work, and the dimmer band on other ImperiHome tabs for regular devices is crashing the app on iOS. Not sure if this related to the Plugin.

Monoprice sells it in the US:
                https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=27482

                The OEM is this:
                http://www.hank-tech.com/product-det...x?id=342&pid=1

BTW: HomeSeer is also carrying some products from the same OEM under the HomeSeer brand, but not the RGB light bulb.
The light bulb is 110V/220V 50/60 hz, but the Z-Wave chip is for the US frequency.

Ah, saw that thanks. I thought it was the R GB module,. Like the Fibaro.

The dimmer within the RGB control does not work on iOS (it works on Android though). This is a known problem that I have already reported to IH.

The dimmer as a regular dim device should work though. How this device is configured? What status-control range does it have? Could you capture a trace log?
You can also report the crash to support@imperihome.com
