Homeseer is freezing up. No webpage, no events will run.
I get the message that a script is running too long, that is all.
I think it is very bussy with 'something'.
When I quit Homeseer, it never quits.
When I remove the line, and restart the computer, HS is working ok.
With version 393 it was also working ok, except the delay in lights going on.

I tried adding that script command and it was ok, although I don't have your script. Can you post the script that you are running, must be something in that script causing this.

I just ran into the same problem as peterpc. I installed .396 and it was working fine. Then about an hour later I needed to restart and though HomeSeer completed startup, I couldn't load the HomeSeer web pages. It just went to a white screen and hung. I tried from my laptop and locally on the HS server via RDP. This is a Windows version.
I also could not shut down HS, I had to force it closed. CPU usage was very high. I tried twice, the second time it started. I have tried two more times and everything seems to be working.HS4 Pro, 4.2.19.0 Windows 10 pro, Supermicro LP Xeon

Thanks, that helped me pin it down. A lock on some data was the problem.
Please try this build, it should be ok.
http://homeseer.com/updates3/SetupHS3_3_0_0_397.msi
So please see if there are delays or update issues with ImperHome.

Running 397 and it is working again.
Did not test delays yet.
But with 396 without status change active I still noticed that when I enter my officeroom, my squeezebox starts playing immediately, but my Insteon lights go on after about 15 seconds. The led lamp with no priority goes on at the same time the plafond light goes on with priority.
Attached are screenshots of the events.

When lights go on very slow, I noticed the following:
I have an event that will trigger on motion and a virtual device to show the status of the lights.
It runs when light status is off and switches on the light and set the virtual device to on.
In the log I see this:
Dec-16 16:36:45 Device Control Device: Eerste_verdieping: Hobbykamer Licht status to On (100)
Dec-16 16:36:40 Device Control Device: Eerste_verdieping: Hobbykamer Licht status to On (100)
Dec-16 16:36:35 Device Control Device: Eerste_verdieping: Hobbykamer Licht status to On (100)
Dec-16 16:36:30 Device Control Device: Eerste_verdieping: Hobbykamer Licht status to On (100)
Dec-16 16:36:25 Device Control Device: Eerste_verdieping: Hobbykamer Licht status to On (100)
Dec-16 16:36:20 Device Control Device: Eerste_verdieping: Hobbykamer Licht status to On (100)
Dec-16 16:36:15 Device Control Device: Eerste_verdieping: Hobbykamer Licht status to On (100)
Dec-16 16:36:15 Device Control Device: Eerste_verdieping: Hobbykamer Licht status to On (100)
Dec-16 16:36:14 Device Control Device: Eerste_verdieping: Hobbykamer Licht status to On (100)
Dec-16 16:36:14 Device Control Device: Eerste_verdieping: Hobbykamer Licht status to On (100)
Multiple device controls to set the status on, but the event should only trigger once to set the status on.
I have attached the event.
When I trigger the event again by switching of the status device, the status device triggers only once.
I think that will explain that sometimes the lights go on within one second and sometimes it takes 10 to 15 seconds.
I even have noticed that a light goes on, off again and on again because the event to switch off the light was triggered right after the event to turn on the lights.
Hope this helps to find the delay problem.
