if the devices are not simple On/Off or Dim devices, you need to go to the ImperiHome config page and add the devices there.
From your screenshot of HSMobile, you will probably want to create some multiswitchs to be able to control the mode and fan modes.

As I said above, you have to manually configure those device from the Config page (PLUG-INS > ImperiHome > Config) as Sensors, MultiSwitch, etc....
