Imperihome and Honeywell Thermostat Heat and Cool are reversed

    Hi,

I'm using the Imperihome plugin with a zwave and Honeywell Wifi thermostat.

When I change the temperature from the HS3 web interface, everything works fine. It seems to work fine when I change from an event, too.
When I change from the imperihome thermostat button, the values are reversed. I've also attached a screenshot of the wrong value being set in the thermostat web page.

When I set COOL to 70 it actually sets HEAT to 70 (and vice versa). In this example I changed the cool to 70 (see the screenshot) and I get the following
    Log Entry:
Oct-10 1:22:29 PM Device Control Device: First Floor 1st Fl Therm Heat Setpoint to 70°F (70) by/from: CAPI Control Handler

ImperiHome doesn't really have a concept of cool and heat setpoints. I think the icons you see on the widget originally mean "Day" and "Night" rather than "Heat" and "Cool"
Anyway, a workaround to reverse your heat and cool setpoint would be to determine the ref# for each of the HS device representing the heat and cool setpoint, then delete the device with the lowest ref#, then make the plugin that handles this thermostat recreate the deleted device.

I've been using this for YEARS (I'm grandfathered in under the old sub model) and never realized those were a sun and moon. Thanks for the info! Under vera it didn't work properly and the sun and moon behaved like heat and cool. So I never questioned it when I came to homeseer.
