I have been setting up Imperihome for homeseer ( had it setup for my vera controllers before) . On my samsung S8 it is working , locally and externally.
Since my wife needs acces as well , I exported my settings and imported everything on her phone. All settings were copied , but no connection ( an error received "invalid response from API")
I used the MYHS login credentials which I have from the shop.homeseer.com
When I than made a new account on the setup page of my homeseer system and inserted that in her phone , I got acces again.
But this is only working locally , not remotely.
Does anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong , why a full export from my phone to her phone (also S8 samsung) doesn't work.
