Multiple Homes

Greetings, I have 2 x HS3 hometrollerSEL's with each in a separate physical address location.

I have one of them working with Imperihome (at least while I am at that location). When I attempt to add the second HS3 hometrollerSEL, ImperiHome gives me the following error:

The system you are trying to add already exists

I read previously that I needed to use v3.0.0.6 from the Beta Forum (per http://board.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=180255 ). I am using 3.0.0.11. Doesn't this version support multiple homes?

The problem is that both system use the same imperihome system id.
The plugin creates the system id as "HS3 " + <machine_name>, so I guess your hometrollers have the same machine name.

one solution is to edit the Config/ImperiHome.ini file in one of your system and add the following line in the [ISS] section (create it if it does not exist)

system_id=WHATEVER_YOU_WANT

then restart the plugin

I just had to add the system_id line to the ISS section. And it worked perfectly! thanks!
