Imperihome Help Desk. Does anyone work there?

I know this isn't a forum for the Imperihome mobile app but I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with opening a ticket on the Imperihome helpdesk (https://imperihome.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)

I have had 3 tickets open for over a few months now and have not heard one reply back from anyone at Imperihome. It is a little frustrating sine I purchased both the iOS and Androiad app and cannot get anyone to answer any questions.

I had one ticket and it took 3-4 weeks for the initial response.

I sent emails directly to requesting an update and it was the next day they then responded.

When I was on the Vera, I remember them being more responsive. I'm hoping they respond to the ticket i just put in today. I also am part of their beta group on google plus, so I put something over there as well, though it doesn't seem like people use that community very often.
