    Connecting to AmbientWeather.Net....

Just installed the plug-in for my weather station and so far I cannot get it to connect. It periodically shows the Connecting message in the debug log, but no data. I have set the API to the one assigned already to my account on Ambient (which has been working for months) but no joy. Devices are not created.

    Any ideas?

    System info?

    HS3 Version
    Plugin Version
    OS Info (Windows/Linux)

Turn on debug and look at the logs and provide any errors/info from them. If no devices are created then it's not communicating with AmbientWeather.Net to get the PWS information. Do you have a Firewall in place that is blocking the outbound communications from the HS3 server?

I do have a firewall in place, but it is already not blocking traffic outbound communications to the site. I have the web page connecting from another computer on the same subnet just fine. There are no indications of blocked traffic in the firewall logs.

In the plugin configuration check that debug logging is checked
Sensor devices should be checked by default
Click the Create button on the bottom of the page.

Look in the logs for any messages you may need to filter by AmbientWeather Debug to get all of them. Post the log output.
