Ultraweather stopped updating

Ultraweather stopped updating again.

Now it shows an invalid key. I didn't change anything.

So to fix it, I asked for a new key and entered it. Still says invalid.

Any ideas?

If you enable debug, you'll see the URL being used to access the WeatherBug Pulse API. Have you tried to copy/paste the URL into your browser to see if your getting output from their system?

Did you remove the value after token= or is that how it is in your logs?

That is how it appears in the logs.

The plugin basically shows not connected to the service. What I mean is when I go to stations or current conditions, I get the instructions on how to setup service for the first time.

This had been working since you updated it.

Thanks for the help. I'm going to try a reboot next.

Hello Tim. For troubleshooting purposes, please put the following URL into your browser and substitute {1} with your Consumer Key and {2} with your Secret Key.

https://thepulseapi.earthnetworks.com/oauth20/token?grant_type=client_credentials&client_id={1}&client_secret={2} 

It should return JSON output. Please confirm.

That actually showed invalid request.

However, after the reboot it's working now.

Here is what I found.

I turned on the logging after you suggested it and found the secret key was wrong, despite my having cut and pasted it. It seems my Safari browser, kept replacing it with a saved, incorrect key.

Even when the key was right, it didn't work until after I rebooted.

I am still seeing these type of red log errors. This one just popped up.
