You kinda can. Setup a second location. Use NOAA for one and DarkSky for the second location. Then on the device page, just select the devices you want to use in each location.
The New Moon, First Quarter, Full Moon, and Last Quarter Dates are not from DarkSky. They are provided by the Navy. You can use them no matter which provider you are using.
