I'll look into this some more. Will try to send a fix to the updater soon.

Those using Windows XP wait for version 3.0.1.02. I submitted it to the HS updater today.

4.0 is the latest that is supported on XP, so anyone on that OS will not be able to use it then.

Yes I did, a couple of times, but no change.

Everything on the PC works better than before - except this PI doesn't work at all. I will have to dig deeper. Thanks for the help.

Thanks, I tried starting the plugin in dev mode, did not get a DOS window. Error in HS log was:
    Apr-01 11:19:31 Plug-In Finished initializing plug-in weatherXML
    Apr-01 11:19:31 Starting Plug-In weatherXML loaded in 15089 milliseconds
Apr-01 11:19:16 Error Starting plug-in exe process: The specified executable is not a valid application for this OS platform.

None of those are error messages created by weatherXML so I am not sure what to have you try. The red error would have the word weatherXML in it if the plugin generated it.
Let's try this. Go to the Plugin Management page and click to make sure that weatherXML is not trying to start. Click the checkbox labeled Developer Mode and the click to start the plugin. See if it gives any messages. If not you can close the DOS window that opened. Uncheck the Developer Mode. In the directory HomeSeer HS3/config/weatherXML directory delete the 2 ini files. Move up 1 directory to HomeSeer HS3/config and delete the hspi_weatherXML.ini file. This will reset all the settings and the plugin should now start up from scratch.

    New Plugin will not start...

I just downloaded the latest WeatherXML plugin and when I try to start it, it says "Pending". I checked the log and found the following:
Mar-31 23:13:37 Error A call was made to save a global variable (LogMessage) but that global variable has not been defined.
Mar-31 23:13:37 Informational UltraLog3 HSPI capture variable "LogType" ready for use. See HomeSeer GetVar API for usage.
Mar-31 23:13:37 Error A call was made to save a global variable (LogType) but there are none defined in the system.
Mar-31 23:13:37 Error Starting plug-in exe process: The specified executable is not a valid application for this OS platform.
I am still running XP on that machine. But, WeatherXML used to run on XP. Did something change?
Working...
