    weatherXML Support

    To receive support for an error you are getting, please do the following.

    1. Go to the weatherXML Settings Page. For the logging level select weatherXML Log File.
    2. Next, click on the Menu button Debug Log.
    3. Click the button Clear Log.
    4. Go to the Schedules page.
    5. There is sections for Conditions, Forecast, Daily, Alerts, and Maps. Manually run the schedule that is giving the error by clicking Run Now for that type.
    6. Give it a few seconds to complete, and click on the Debug Log Menu button.
    7. Click on the button labeled Save To File.
    8. A file will be created called logOutput.txt.
    9. It will be created in the directory HomeSeer HS3/data/weatherXML/
    10. Email the log file to me at: weatherxml@myautomatedhome.net

    Im having a problem with some of my forecast not updating, specifically visibility and Barometer Direction would it be possible to see if I have any settings wrong

      I have same problem - not updating from 5-6 March. Is it possibly related to Microsoft acquisition of DarkSky?

      As I don't see any other options for AU

        Did you see this thread: https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/we...topped-working? The issue is related to Darksky needing TLS1.2 now and there's a fix in the thread.
