To receive support for an error you are getting, please do the following.

1. Go to the weatherXML Settings Page. For the logging level select weatherXML Log File.
2. Next, click on the Menu button Debug Log.
3. Click the button Clear Log.
4. Go to the Schedules page.
5. There is sections for Conditions, Forecast, Daily, Alerts, and Maps. Manually run the schedule that is giving the error by clicking Run Now for that type.
6. Give it a few seconds to complete, and click on the Debug Log Menu button.
7. Click on the button labeled Save To File.
8. A file will be created called logOutput.txt.
9. It will be created in the directory HomeSeer HS3/data/weatherXML/
