Custom text - seems I can not change this?

Add this to the end of the config/hspi_weatherXML.ini file
Let me know if you can edit the Wind Directions after doing so.

Well it seems I can not add/change any text on the custom text page/tab - anyone got any idea? I am using yr.no as weather source, and well I do have for example the wind direction in degrees but not in text, so I thought I go change the text to swedish for wind direction or something - byt is is all empty (well except for condition).
