Speak WeatherXML Virtual Device Status

I have what I believe is a simple question. WeatherXML creates several virtual devices which contain strings which carry text giving weather information such as forecasts. I would like to have HomeSeer speak this text without resorting to writing scripts if possible. I have used Jeff's speech logic capability to Speak my own complex logic strings, but for the sake of this question I would like to simply speak the unaltered device string or "status" of one of the Virtual Devices. Use the speak command and then $$DSR:XXXX: Where XXXX is the reference number of the device. This will speak the Text in the status box of that device.
