XML Output
* XML file output now uses the Speak Device text. This is selected on the Location setup.
Location Setup
* Change Location Speak Item to Speak Device Dropdown
* On the locations page, the selection of an Event to run after the import is now a dropdown instead of a textbox
Speak Items
* Fix the date to speak as Month day, year and not MM/DD/YYYY
* Split updated variable to updated date and updated time
* Add Todays High Time and Todays Low Time to Speak Variables
Email Action
* Event Action Send Email does not convert the date days to letters instead of numbers
Alert Triggers
* Fixed a bug that didn't allow editing trigger #1
* Fixed bug that would not match the first word in the alert title or text.
Documentation
* Started an update of all weatherXML documentation. Each Admin page will have a link at the top of the page to a PDF file for options and Settings.
4 Sections are done so far.
1. Quick Start
2. Settings - Settings and Web pages
3. Locations - Locations and Units pages
4. Speak Devices - Setup and Logic for Speak Devices
HSPhone
* HSPhone can not be used by plugins. To get around this, in the VR Control by Phone, a script is now called. The text to be spoken is sent to the script named weatherXML_HSPhone.vb. The script is not over written during the install of future versions of weatherXML so you can modify the script as you want.
Linux
* The correct dll for SQLite is now being installed in HS3 Linux. On the database page select SQLite for the database. You can then have weatherXML start saving the weather data to the database.Last edited by CFGuy; March 20, 2016, 07:35 PM.

* Speak Devices - New Feature. If you are not using Speak Items a new device will be created that is the parent device for Speak Devices.
If you are using Speak Items you will have a new device created for each Speak Item.
The old Speak Items will continue to work to give everyone time to learn the new devices. Most likely as you get used to the logic of the new devices you will be able to get by with less Speak Devices than you had Speak Items.
The file weatherXMLSpeakDevices.pdf is in the HomeSeer HS3\html\weatherXML\ directory. It explains how the logic and the setup works.

* Fixed error with the windDirection field in the database. It was too short to handle the wind direction text. This did not affect SQLite databases. Previously, weatherXML was storing S instead of South. This was changed in the previous release for the current conditions data.
* Forecast wind direction nows uses the wind direction text instead of the abbreviations. Ex South instead of S. This is for the forecast data.
* Modified rain totals to be 2 places past the decimal.
