What do you mean by "reasonably" well?

Lately, I have had some issues controlling a device, although its status updates quickly when I turn it on or off from the Bond mobile phone app. Disabling and re-enabling the plug in generally fixes the problem.

What do you mean by "Lately"? Was it better before? Did it change after update? Last HS3 AKBond version was released 2/2/21.
If you have any issues - you should report and provide logs - so it can be fixed.

And to answer your question "Is there a reason to upgrade to the HS4 version?" - if you are happy with HS3 version, then no. I made some fixes in HS4 version for some devices. Also I don't want to support both versions, so if you want any issue fixed - it will be HS4.

Thanks. The issue has been for the past month or so. It is much more consistent now. It is a one-way street: Bond devices update, when I change the devices with the smart phone app, but I cannot control the devices via HomeSeer, until I disable and then enable the plug in, which is version 3.0.0.51. I'm not sure how long the control lasts after enabling. Where do I find a log to send you? I check "log" in the configuration settings, but I am not finding the file. When "log" is checked, there is the logging that occurs in the general HomeSeer log. Thanks for you help.

Log goes to HS log, no file.

Just wondering, the problem started to appear by itself? Or some update? Can you also post output from Tools => Help

I don't know why this has happened. Nothing has been updated. I have attached a text file with a few minutes of the log. The status update occurred when I used the smart phone app to change the device. I hope this helps. Log.txt

Why don't you update to HS4 version? It has many improvements.
