No X10 received from KC674 keychain remote

    Hi Bob,

I am currently building a HS3 box and am using a trial of your excellent plugin. I am using a MR26A and have the MS13A and SS13A devices working ok. Using the shadowing function, I get it to update the HS3 devices too. So far, so good.

However, I am having an issue with a keychain remote I use all the time on my live HS2 system (with ACRF plugin). No entries in the log are made by BLRF when I press the buttons. On turning on debug logging I get the entries as attached, with the address being reported as 1 rather than N5??

(The remote is configured for X10 code N5 and I am receiving MS13A ok on the "N" housecode).

    Any ideas?

    Cheers,
    John

Can you tell me what that keychain does?
Does it just do an ON and OFF of the last house and device code that was received or do you program it with a house code and device code?

What house code and device code should have been seen for the log info you posted?
      Cheers,
      Bob

        Hi Bob,

It has a housecode wheel, which is set to N.
There is also a slider switch to choose unit code 1 or 5.

It is currently set to N5.

Like I say, it receives ok on HS2 with ACRF. I cannot see any special configuration I have on the ACRF plugin for it,so assume it's standard X10?

Here's an example photo of how the house/unit code are set:

OK and you are using a MR26A, correct?
            Cheers,

OK can you capture a debug line like you did for each house code that the keychain supports and attach the file. Make sure to tell me which line is what house code and device code.

I want to check your output
                Cheers,

                    No problem. Take your time.
The key chain seems to be different than the motion sensors

Ok, here you go. I had to take out the batteries each time to change the house code wheel!

I left the unit code set at 5 and started with housecode A, issued ON and OFF on each housecode.

                      For Example:
                      16:18:30 A5 ON
                      16:18:42 A5 OFF

                      16:19:33 B5 ON
                      16:19:56 B5 OFF

                      all through to

                      16:26:19 P5 ON
                      16:26:24 P5 OFF

                      So much for standard X10
                      Cheers Bob.

Are you sure the device code is not 1.
The plugin is seeing a device code of 1 for all of them.

If it is 5 then it is way off
                        Cheers,

Yep, definitely 5. Just checked it again on my HS2 installation.

I can capture a N1 ON code and send you that?
