x10 sensors showing in log but not tripping device

Just starting the move to hs3 from 2 ( finally)

I added my x10 motion sensors, I can see form the log that the signal is being received as it reports B1 (Sensors Clothes closet sensor) ON

however in the device i made under device management it doesn't change it remains off .

what am i missing?

Can you capture a debug log in the plugin of a sensor going on and I will have a look

I see B11 being processed.
Is B11 status only? If B11 is status only it will not control B11.
I am thinking that B11 is setup in HS3 as status only

You could try using a shadow device for B11 if you want B11 to turn on a different device.
