Is something changed in the system? Did it work before?
What kind of HW do you use?
if you start the plugin in developer mode - are there any error code presented there? -
No I'm trying to set up for the first time. I had 2 roller shades and 2 draperies installed with Somfy motors. They sold me a Somfy mylink so I can work the devices with my phone. I bought a ZTRSI because I wanted to be able to have Homeseer control the devices. I'm added the node to HS and can operate the devices from the ZTRSI but I can't get the plugin to operate the devices. Maybe this isn't the right approach for me.Comment

I'm sorry, but this plug-in is not made for the zrtsi interface zwave interface. This will not work.
If you have the zwave interface I assume you should be able to add it to the controller and use it from there as any other zwave devices.Comment
