Confusion in the log

I am getting the following logged: Jan-17 10:17:30 PM RFXCOM 40 (HSEvent) parms1=Arduino, Board:1, API Input:1
That is strange because I don't have my Arduino configured in the RFXCOM plugin. It is configured in the Arduino plugin. Even when I turn the Arduino plugin off I still get these in the log. Is there a logical explaination for this?

Disable debug logging in the RFXCOM plug-in.
It is normal that all events are checked by a plug-in and action is only taken if it is an RFXCOM event.
