    the sensor is installed showes as ok. but nothing comming in ?

    I got a new box not long ago went to move my 433 sensor to new box it went in fine shows as fine but no device ever show up the 2 wind units and 2 temp are sending to there table tops sp know they are transmitting Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running a version 7 zee 2 box latest hs3 on it

    I hope this is posted correctly i not a forum person well should say wasn't guess gona learn I own 7 or 8 zee boxes 2 net Been using them long time

    Which RFXCOM receiver or transceiver do you use?
    Are the correct protocols enabled in the receiver/transmitter configuration?
    are the sensors displayed in the HS log with debug level 2 enabled for the receivers on the RFXCOM General config tab?

    Are the sensors received in the RFXCOM RFreceiver or RFXmngr program? (use RFreceiver for the old receivers and RFXmngr for the RFXtrx/RFXrec.)

      device is marked rfxcom is the 433 mhz bought form homeseer. I had it on another box it worked.
      Yes os is picked in receiver transmitter this is what in log with lev 2 debugging

      No scen moved to this zee2 not one device has reported in under rfccom RFXCOM Input Devices

        I suppose it is an old USB receiver. Configure this as receiver and not as RFXtrx transceiver.
        Check how you configured the RFXCOM on the other box.

          Yes it is a old unit. I looked on old install it was under rec/ tran but gettting the errors as above the devices are reading on there direct devices so they are transmitting. I need help with this as lattly we been having hi winds. I have 2 waterfall on my pool at paradise found island retreat and i lost 4 in of water in 3 hours the other day

            This is th elates report from log other than no token it looks like is set up correct yet no imput I have 5 Org sensors 4 lacross but not sure they are 433 nome come in all come in on there desk top units ? is set up in RFXtrx315, RFXrec433, RFXtrx433 pick recvier as when pick tran says wrong in log

              I just noticed say not a valid com port Dose it need 1? any one know what it should be set at ? as is only usb 1 and usb 0 right now my x10 cm11 is on usb1?
