HS4 tip: using RFXCOM devices with Alexa

Just found out that RFXCOM devices that were migrated to HS4 did not work with its Alexa integration.

How did I fix this for (example) this KAKU lamp device?

Before, under the device status/graphics:

After: note the "control use" now set correctly instead of "not specified"

After this change I was able to have devices recognised by Alexa.
