    Device Status Not Updating

I am using SimpleRf, a tank float switch and an old X10 MS10a to set a flag when my cistern level is low and have my well pump run and fill it. I created an quick test event that speaks when the ms10a opens (Needs a fill) and that works fine. However the device created by the simpleRF when I added the ms10a never updates with he change. It always just shows status as Normal with a value of 0. Am I missing something?

It is the device values that I will use as a condition to tell me evening cistern fill event to run or not.

Did you ever solve your problem? am having the same issue. DS10's are registering change of state in the log, but not updating the devices on the device management page. This is true for both SimpleRF and BLRF for me, yet if I set up in RFXCom, the devices work perfectly.
RFXCom soundslike a solution, however, I need the ability to map the X-10 units to Z-Wave units, hich both SimpleRF and BLRF provides. Has anyone solved this?

No I never could figure out why. I ended up going a different route as it is an important system in the house and needed it to be reliable.

I shut down and restarted homeseer last night, and tried SimpleRF this morning, again with no joy. I changed to BLRF, recreated my DS devices, and now they work perfectly.
Who Knows what changed, but at least it is now working. Hopefully it will survive a power outage reboot.
Glad to hear that you found a way make things work for you!

Oh, thanks for the heads up. I have a bunch of those so may try that pluging and see if it works for other items I have in mind. A little less critical system type stuff
