I'm getting further with the keypads now. I have an event that turns on the backlight for button 'h', which is a 'master off' button for the room. This is triggered when any light in the room turns on, and disabled when every light has been turned off.
It works fine in rooms where there are no Insteon links tied to the switch. However, my stairway switch updates two virtual switches. When the stairway light turns on, Homeseer sends the 'H ON' command, but the keypad never actions it. The only way to make it work is to wait for 5 seconds before sending it.
This seems to be a command 'lost' in insteon traffic, but surely HS should miss the acknowledgement and retry?
