I am hoping somone can help me out.
I Have an apartment attached to my house, with a tenant who loves his heat!! My issue is that I only have one gas and one electric meter and therefore his heat and electric are combined with my bill, I have no good way to break his usage out, and therefore just charge him a set fee for rent and ev erything total. I have been able to do a fairly good job at monitoring his heat with the new v2 thermostats. I have setup programs that really keep his usage and excesive requests (like setting the thermo to 80) to a minimum. I have created alerts that send me emails using HS, when he makes any changes to the thermostat.
I am looking to see if someone can help me create some kind of script either in HS or ISY that would track all changes made to the thermostat remotely as well as keep a log of total fan running hours per month. I would also like to layer ontop of this the potential of using an IO linc to track the run time of both his furnice (which is seperate) and Air Condensor (again seperate) so that I can get a better understanding of his monthly usage.. then finally I would add TED to his SUB panel and be complete...
I am willing to pay someone to help guide me and to the scripts for me.
