Insteon Controller Options - PLM 2413U an Option?

Looking for a little help related to a new Insteon Controller. Just moved from XP to Windows 7 64 bit so my PLC 2414U will not work under a 64 bit OS. I took a look and was leaning towards the PLM 2413U. I was hoping to leverage the Dual Band functionality as well. I have seen a couple of posts that state this Insteon Interface has been used but since everything I read says it is not compatible with the Insteon Plug-In, I would like to confirm before spending the $s and then having to send it back and go with the PLM 2412U.

Anybody that can confirm that the 2413U will or will not work? Thanks for the help!

I have running CM11A between 15-18 years. I have little problem. If change that, the best choice is PLM 2413U?
