Been using VWS for some time and notice that in HomeSeer the Yearly rainfall does not update unless I go in to VWS and open the rainfall dialog box, then close it. Once closed and I refresh the HomeSeer device screen Yearly rainfall updates immediately. Hourly, Daily and Monthly and Total rainfall work properly. I cannot find a setting I might be missing in VWS. Any ideas?

By opening the dialog box and closing it, causes VWS (application) to update the CSV file...I can not do anything beyond the data that VWS makes available...I will check if there is a fix from Ambient though...what version are you using?Originally posted by sbuckler View Post-Larry

Thanks...I will look into version changes of VWS...I am running 14.01p30 something...and it seems somewhere in the beta train...there was an issue with annual rain fall that was fixed later on...not sure, will have to look.-Larry
