    New Problem

Hi, I recently added an EZFlora Irrigation controller and an I/O link device.
I have seen in recent posts the EZFlora is not supported. I deleted the ezy Flora but now get an error everytime an event is exicuted or I manually change status via the status page. There are no errors when the plugin is simply tracking manual device changes, ie, manually turning on or off a light switch.

Included is a snapshot from the log file and corresponding sections from the Insteon log file.

    Log file entries:
4/17/2011 6:19:00 AM - Event - Event Trigger "Oscars on"

      XP Embedde

I am running XP Embedded on a Pro 100 controller from Homeseer, XP Embedded V 2002, SP 2.
None of the Net Frameworks SP 2 will load on that machine.
      Any Ideas?

I have tried all 3 versions from this web site:

            http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...displaylang=en

Non of them will work on my operating system (Windows XP Embeded, 2002, service Pack 2)

It is on the Pro 100 Controller from Homeseer. I have disabled the write protect for Drive C: (HSPotect)

I have upgraded my pro-100 to the latest version which includes .net framework 3.0. What is strange is that when looking at installed software it shows both V 2.0 SP1 and V 3.0 SP1.

I was able to add a device but get an error every time I try to control it.

                  Here is the error log:

if you haven't loaded 3.5 yet, please give this build a try. I picked a different waitone call that should exist in .net 2.0

please note: I have changed how motion sensors are programmed, etc. If you have any, please check this out within the plugin

Crashing HomeTroller Pro 3 with plugin

                            Mr. Sandler,

I'm brand new to HomeSeer. Migrating over from JDS Stargate (4,000+ of event lines). I have been trying to configure my PLM 2413U with your previous version 1.5.5.3 plugin and it crashes HS Pro v 2.5.0.21 on Windows XP Embeded EVERY TIME on startup. The built in Insteon PI from HS works fine but has limitations as you know. I just installed your PI 1.5.5.4 and it works fine with HomeTroller Pro 3 without crashing.

I was just getting ready to call Support and talk about the problem, but you must have fixed a bug in your non official release. I'm in the trial period but plan to go ahead with the license as long as you think things are worked out. If not I could still use the built in Insteon PLM plugin from HS, but it does not have the added features that your Plugin has.

Thanks for your quick updates. And I'm sure I will have more questions as time goes by, as I start converting the old JDS code over to HS and update more and more X10 to Insteon.

                            Bill

                              Bill,
Welcome to Homeseer and the Insteon Forums.

the prev plugin versions (1.5 - 1.5.5) required .net 3.5 sp1. So this is still an option for you. But I revised 1.5.5.4 to make it compatible with .net 2.0 which is think is more common. I don't foresee any issues going forward. Please post any issues related to 1.5.5.4 on this thread.

                              Good luck with the transition.
