CT 30 "Failed to get basic node information from new node" -Fixed!

Just purchased CT30 thermostat (2Gig) and get the following error when trying to add to Homeseer network via "Z-Wave Node Import and Device Synchronization". "Failed to get basic node information from new node XX, cannot continue to load this node"

Searched the forums with no immediate awnsers. Z troller reconized the new node but received the error while importing devices and I do not see it as a device in Homeseer.

Ztoller and computer are 6 feet from thermostat. Battery only operation.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Upgraded to 1.15 Z-Troller firmware did the trick. I should have read the requirements section on the thermostat order link more closely. My mistake. Thank you for your assistance.
