Remote Kinect not working

It connects OK but immediately fails with this error. Any Ideas? Thanks

have you installed the kinect SDK 1.7 on the remote machine as explained in the user guide: http://board.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=162315

ahhh my apologies. Idid on the HS Server but not the remote system. I'll try that now. Thanks

I installed the drivers and they show up in Device Manager but I still get No Kinect Found. Locally connected to the HS machine, it works fine:

have you installed SDK or Runtime? Do you have Kinect for windows or Kinect for Xbox 360?

What kind of host is it?

FYI - I'm running this on an iMac under Parallels. I'm reading that it might not be supported. So don't spend any time on this. Interested from others if anyone has been able to get it working remotely under parallels.

I am having a little trouble connecting the remote plugin I get the following message and it appears to be trying to connect because I get the link for the config screen but it is blank

could you try to start the remote kinect instance only and post your logs?

also what version of HS3 and the plugin are you running?

I got it running it was the driver I thought I had 1.7 installed but apparently I was still using 1.6 once I updated all was good. it there a limit to the number of instances that can be run???

could be as many as 12 by the time I'm done. maybe more I already have many of them connected to nitrogen logic controllers for occupancy sensing. So now I am looking at adding a second connect to these rooms for VR
