    HST-IWAC7 For Sale? Anywhere?

I know Homeseer stopped selling the HST-IWAC7, but does anyone know where I can get one? Used? Refurb? Manufacturer?

How would I flush-mount it and provide POE?

        http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00GUDZKLU

        Together with

1x Right-Angle Lightning Cable by Lilitab (direct from their store).

        Together with

1x dc to dc converter, any of the cheap ones available off Amazon and eBay. Many even have the USB port, so all you need to do is wire it in with the CAT cable, and power it with any 7 volt or higher supply (12v is perfect to allow for some voltage drop over the CAT cable). Place it in the wall behind the iPad inside any small metal project box.

If you prefer standard POE, then buy one of the many POE to 5v converters (Amazon) and a 2.1mm (usually the size DC barrel connector) to USB adapter for powering the Lilitab cable.

This is my current formula for a nice on wall solution.

Check out this post from today as well. Looks like it could be an inexpensive way of wall mounting.

I thought about something like that, but for me, the iPad mini solution is far cleaner and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I also do NOT want the wall mounted ones to be easily removed. They are also locked down in software. This is how you keep things ready for action for their designated purpose, and not sitting on a counter or worse somewhere having been used/abused for some other nonsense. We have OTHER tablets for that.

+1, especially in a "public" environment where they might "walk away"

What are you using to mount your Mini's? I haven't found one I find visually acceptable and/or affordable yet..

See the link in my earlier post to this thread. It is cheap and looks very clean. That is for the in wall touch screens. For the ones near media areas where they are needed as unified remotes, we utilize full size iPads with Launchport inductive charging cases and their pedestal stand. These look very nice on a counter or side table.
