USB conexant modem working in Linux?

Has anyone figured out how to get a USB conexant modem working in Linux? I have a Zoom model 3095, but cannot get it recognized by my plug-in.

    Greetings,

I have an external USB Conexant Systems (Rockwell), Inc. V.92 Fax Modem working with Linux. It showed up as /dev/ttyACM1 when I plugged it in - USB ID: 0572:1329. Using OpenSuSE 42.1 x86-64, Kernel 4.1.27. I can test it with minicom by setting the device and speed settings to /dev/ttyACM1 and 9600 8N1 respectively. Currently using it with vgetty (that took more configuration - http://board.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=184058), but no HS3 plug-ins.
