    Help with Evolve Thermostat

Suddenly my thermostat is reporting current temperature as "Dim 71%"-regardless of what the temperature really is. Wife is not happy. This happend after my new touch screen somehow put the system in cool mode last night-not good in Minnesota in winter.
The thermostat seems to work and I can change the set points from HS3. Anyone have an idea how I can get this working again?

Where is it reporting that? On HS Touch? Does it show correctly on the HS web interface? Which versions of HS3, HS Touch, etc?

    Cheers

Reports as stated on the HS web interface-no an HSTouch problem. HS3 Pro v. 3.0.0.96, HSTouch v 3.0.0.50.

Maybe rescan the thermostat from the z-wave tab of the root device. Which version of the z-wave plugin are you running?

        Cheers

Z-wave v. 3.0.0.187. Rescan shows this error in log:
Z-Wave Error (2) Sensor Multilevel Report for type Air_Temperature received, but the corresponding device Node ID cannot be found.(2) Node/Instance=4/-1
There is a device for the temp so I'm don't understand the error.

First thing I would do is to try and optimize it a few times and then try re-scanning it again. If that doesn't work, I would delete the devices from HS and then re-import the thermostat.

            Cheers
