Good day all.
I purchased 6 CT100 thermostats but have been unable to link them to the Z-Troller despite multiple resets and exclusion/inclusion procedures. The "link" icon never appears and the device does not show up in either HS2 or HS3.
Thinking the issue may have been a Z-Troller incompatibility, I purchased a Z-Stick S2, but I may have gotten a bad unit, because I cannot link the thermostats or the HSM100 multi-sensors that previously linked normally with the Z-Troller.
I will be on the phone with AeonLabs when they open on Monday, but if anyone has experience getting a link between the Z-Troller and CT100 I would love to find the secret sauce to get this done.
