    No playlist spotify triode

Just installed LMS and this plugin (HS3Pro), I can view (and play) spotify top 100, news and radio in player view in plugin, but I can't see any of my playlists..
    Something I missed?

Did you try to view them via the plugin media player page? And did you select the spotify media library? Alternatively did you also try to access them and play them via an action?

I use the spotify with the triode plugin and works fine. If the above does not work, enable debug, verbose debug and music debug, browse to the library spotify and post the log. Note i am travelling for another few days and can look at it when i return.

I tried using the media player page (Plugins -> Squeezebox->Player), I select "Spotify" in the drop down list and the correct player, I can see and play items if I select Root, but nothing shows in playlist.
Tried using an action now, nothing shows up there either.

If I select the playlist on the player itself, it will show on the right as you see on the attached screenshot.

Attached part of the log, it keeps logging similar items for a long time afterwards (10 minutes and still going)

I'm also running the triode plugin in LMS

      Thanks

This log does not give me enough information. Can you post one with debug/verbose debug enabled when you browse the spotify playlist? It will contain additional information related to the spotify retrieval. THanks

Is there a way to log this to a separate file, it's alot of lines..

I shut down the plugin and restarted, then browsed playlists, here are the initial lines..

Also, maybe related, none of the players show up in the device management with a name, just these small empty buttons.

              Try the following:
              1. In one tab of your browser go to the Squeezebox plugin player page
              2. In another tab in your browser go to the Squeezebox plugin configuration page
3 Configure the plugin like the screenshot below especially checkboxes and player monitoring interval (no need to have a 1 second refresh interval as it just adds overhead and the server is also pushing updates to the plugin)
              4. Select the Spotify library in the tab created in 1 and press the playlist button
              5. On the second tab to configure the plugin uncheck the three debug cehck boxes (first 3) and check the last one one (Log to HomeSeer)
              6. In the Logs directory of the hhomeseer installation, you will find a log file called hspi_squeezebox_debug.log. Post it or send it to me to have a look.

Thanks. I think I understand the reason. What is the name for the "Spotify Playlists" in the LMS browser in your case (see screenshot from mine below)? Is it spelled Playlists like mine? Thanks

That's it, I had it set to Norwegian, so Playlists was called "Spillelister".
I changed it to English, and everything works perfect!

                    Thanks!

Great. The Spotify triode plugin by itself does not really make a difference of Playlists versus other folders and would actually not be surprised the Spotify API does the same. I try to map the playlist folder to the HS3 media playlist entity and the mapping si done by name (as there is no other indicator to differentiate this folder from another)... will see if I can improve this in a future version.
